Capt. Ing. Jiří Rolek
He began in the Slatina Aeroclub and worked as an avionics technician on B737 aircraft for Czech Airlines. Since 2008, he has been flying B737s for Smartwings and, in his free time, teaches flying at Vintage Aviation.

Capt. Ing. Matěj Fanta
He got into flying through integrated training in Benešov and joined Smartwings in 2018. In his free time, he leads a softball team and plays handball, which has taught him a lot, especially discipline and teamwork.

Capt. Ing. David Šefl
He has been with Smartwings since 2015, where he began as a flight attendant. In 2017, he started as a co-pilot, and since 2023, he has been a captain on the B737 aircraft. Additionally, he is actively involved in training future commercial pilots at flight schools.
