It all started in 2023, when Smartwings pilots decided to join forces. After the pandemic, aviation was returning to normal, but pilots' conditions remained frozen.
On June 29, 2024, we founded the Smart Unity trade union. Today we represent more than two thirds of Smartwings pilots and are members of the European Cockpit Association.
Our goal is fair treatment, transparent communication and dignified conditions for all crews.
