MEMBERSHIP

How to become a member:

1. Read the information on the website.
2. Read the Smart Unity statutes.
3. Fill out the application, print, and sign it.
4. Send the completed application to the email address membership@smart-unity.cz along with your signature (either photographed on your phone or in PDF or DOCX format).
5. For proper registration, please also send the original paper copy to the postal address: “Smart Unity – Malé sídliště 1100, 266 01 Beroun.”
6. We will send you the payment details afterward.

IMPORTANT: The original paper copy can be submitted later.
