Capt. Ing. Jiří Rolek
He started at the Slatina aeroclub and worked as an avionics technician on B737 aircraft at ČSA. Since 2008, he has been flying B737s at Smartwings and in his free time he teaches flying at VintageAviation.
Capt. Ing. Matěj Fanta
He got into flying through integrated training in Benešov. He joined Smartwings in 2018. In his free time he leads a softball team and plays handball, which taught him a lot, especially discipline and teamwork.
Capt. Ing. David Šefl
He has been with Smartwings since 2015, where he started as a flight attendant. In 2017 he became a first officer and since 2023 he has been a B737 captain. He is also actively involved in training future airline pilots at flight schools.
