Note: According to § 316 para. 4 letter c) of Act No. 262/2006 Coll., the Labour Code, as amended, the Employer may not require information about membership in a trade union organization from me, and I am not obliged to disclose my membership in the above-mentioned trade union organization to the Employer or any other person.
