Dear colleagues,
on the 12 and the 13 of December, the first date of the election to the Supervisory Board will take place.
If a sufficient number of people take part in the election, then it will be the only date. Otherwise, there will be a replacement election on the 19 and the 20 of December.
You may also authorise another person to exercise your right to vote on the basis of a written power of attorney. In the attachment you will find a prepared power of attorney, which you can sign after filling it in and either hand it over to us directly or send it to the address of Smart Unity’s headquarters, i.e. Malé sídliště 1100, 266 01 Beroun.
On behalf of the trade union, after an internal vote, we chose captain, instructor and examiner Josef Beck as our candidate. We strongly believe that it is important that an ordinary employee whose independence cannot be in question should be elected to the Supervisory Board.
Since we want to protect the interests of all employees, including stewards, mechanics, administrative staff and others, we would like to ask you to consider voting for Mr. Beck instead of other candidates who have historical ties to the company’s management.
In the attachment we send a brief biography of Mr. Beck together with an introductory profile and accompanying information on the course of the election.
